UUM ONLINE: Medan, Indonesia - UUM Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Dato' Dr. Ahmad Bashawir Abdul Ghani signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoA) with the Universitas Prima Indonesia (UNPRI) in its bid to establish strategic cooperation in the field of higher education.
The strategic collaboration will be through the offer of the Master of Science (International Business) programme by coursework under the auspices of the School of International Studies (SOIS, UUM COLGIS). The programme will be implemented in full-time mode at UNPRI campus, Medan Indonesia for three semesters.
According to the Vice-Chancellor, this collaboration will open up opportunity for Indonesian students in Medan particularly and in Northern Sumatra in general to pursue their studies at postgraduate level.
Meanwhile, on the part of UNPRI, the MoA was signed by its Director of the Master Degree Programme, UNPRI, Dr. Azharuddin. The event was witnessed by the Rector of UNPRI, Dr. Chrismis Novalinda Ginting and Chairman of the UNPRI Foundation, Dr. I Nyoman E Lister.
Following the completion of the MoA signing ceremony, a tour to visit the site at the UNPRI campus was held.
Also present were UUM representatives namely Dato' Muzammil Mohamad ,member of the UUM Board of Directors who represented the Chairman and Assoc. Prof Dr Mohamad Farizal Rajemi, Director of the Centre of International Affairs and Cooperation (CIAC).

UUM DAN UNPRI INDONESIA TANDATANGAN MOA JALIN KERJASAMA STRATEGIK
UUM ONLINE: Medan, Indonesia - Naib Canselor UUM, Prof. Dato' Dr. Ahmad Bashawir Abdul Ghani telah menandatangani Memorandum Perjanjian (MoA) dengan Universitas Prima Indonesia (UNPRI) bagi kerjasama strategik dalam bidang pendidikan tinggi.
Kerjasama strategik ini melalui penawaran program Master of Science (International Business) by coursework di bawah Pusat Pengajian Antarabangsa (SOIS, UUM COLGIS). Program ini akan dilaksanakan dalam mod sepenuh masa di kampus UNPRI, Medan Indonesia selama tiga semester.
Menurut Naib Canselor, kerjasama ini dapat membuka ruang kepada para pelajar Indonesia di Medan khususnya dan di kawasan Sumatera Utara amnya untuk mengikuti pengajian di peringkat Ijazah lanjut.
Di pihak UNPRI, dokumen MoA ini telah ditandatangani oleh Director Program Master Degree, UNPRI, Dr. Azharuddin yang disaksikan oleh Rector UNPRI, Dr. Chrismis Novalinda Ginting dan Ketua Yayasan UNPRI, Dr. I Nyoman E Lister.
Setelah selesai majlis menandatangani MoA ini, satu sesi lawatan tapak telah diadakan di kampus UNPRI.
Hadir sama, wakil UUM antaranya Dato' Muzammil Mohamad, Ahli Lembaga Pengarah UUM mewakili Pengerusi LPU UUM dan Prof. Madya Dr. Mohamad Farizal Rajemi, Pengarah Pusat Hal Ehwal dan Kerjasama Antarabangsa (CIAC).
